Directions for use:
Adults: Maintain general health and wellbeing. Take 1.65 g (½ scoop) once a day with water, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Drink plenty of water.
Adults: Support bowel regularity. Take 3.3 g (1 scoop) once a day with water, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Mix with water and consume. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea. Storage: Store below 25°C away from direct sunlight. Consume contents within 6 months of opening.
