  1. Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (“C&C Act”) defines a consumer. Under the C&C Act we are a supplier of goods to you, and as a consumer the C&C Act gives you statutory guarantees.
  2. Schedule 2 of the C&C Act; and those statutory guarantees, all of which are given by us to you if you are a consumer. If you are a consumer within the meaning of Schedule 2 of the C&C Act of our goods then we give you a warranty that at the time of supply of those goods to you, if they are defective then we will replace the goods.

Product Returns for Wholesale Practitioners Ordering Direct From Spectrumceuticals Pty Ltd

For wholesale practitioner customers, we undertake to replace any product delivered to you that is in a damaged condition on receipt of the delivery ordered directly from us and upon validation of the condition of the damaged stock by a representative of Spectrumceuticals Pty Ltd. This validation may be in the form of a dated photograph or site inspection depending on the request.

Spectrumceuticals Pty Ltd do not replace expired stock as we guarantee that all stock has a maximum of 10 months shelf life from date of invoiced shipment.

In the case of the wholesale customer ordering an incorrect product(s) we will accept returns within ten (10) days from date of invoice on the provision that ‘you’ the wholesale customer agrees to a flat courier fee of $40, this amount does not cover the cost of the return in full. We return by our courier Australia Post Express only, no other couriers are accepted due to the nature of the goods.
